One point of contact, from start to finish. The lawyer who studies your matter is the one who negotiates it, signs it and answers the phone when you call. There is no handover to a junior team after the first meeting, which is where half the context gets lost in larger firms.
Specialists when they are needed, and not before. For matters that require sector knowledge we work with senior collaborating lawyers selected case by case, and in mediation with a mediator registered with the Spanish Ministry of Justice. You still have a single point of contact: coordination is our problem, not yours.
Fixed fees wherever possible. Before we start you know what the engagement includes, what it does not, and what happens if the scope changes. For corporate housekeeping and compliance we work on an annual fixed fee with a closed calendar.
Two jurisdictions, no middlemen. Dual admission in Madrid and New York means dealing directly with the parent company, the fund or the common law firm on the other side, without a layer of legal translation in between.
And an honest conversation at the outset. If your matter does not need a lawyer, or does not need one yet, or would be better served by a different route than the one you had in mind, you will hear it in the first consultation.
